Nancy Yip Ramos

Nancy Yip Ramos is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in media and communications, currently serving as President and Global Business Lead at Initiative since March 2019. In her role, Nancy also leads U.S. operations at Rufus for all Amazon Lines of Business and has previously held significant positions at Amazon, including Head of Entertainment for Amazon Originals Prime Video and Original Movies. Prior to this, Nancy held the position of Executive Vice President of Integrated Communications Planning at Media Assembly and served in various leadership roles at Vizeum, Maxus Global, DDB Entertainment, and Mindshare, gaining expertise with major clients such as Universal Pictures and Fox Film Entertainment. Nancy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Art History from UC Irvine.
