Nicolas Young is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience in strategic planning and media management. Currently serving as Group Director of Communications Design at Initiative since January 2024, Nicolas previously held key positions at UM Worldwide, where as VP of Planning, oversight included strategy development for notable brands such as Energizer and Spotify. Prior roles include Partner at Mindshare and OMD USA, focusing on media strategies for major accounts, as well as significant experience in multicultural campaign planning at Prime Access.
