Sam Perkinson

Sam Perkinson has a diverse work experience in various HR leadership roles. Sam is currently the Global Head of People Services at Inizio, where they are responsible for creating a global People Services function to support over 12,000 employees in 50 countries. Previously, they served as the VP HR Service Delivery & Technology at Newell Brands from 2017 to 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Sanofi as the AVP North American HR Shared Services and later as the NA Workday Project Owner. Sam also held positions at sanofi-aventis as the Senior Director of Global HR Services and Senior Director of HR Integration. Sam started their career at Aventis Pharmaceuticals as the Director of HR Operational Excellence.

Sam Perkinson attended New York University where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Journalism.
