Oliver Johnston

Oliver Johnston has a strong background in strategy and customer experience (CX) roles. Oliver is currently the President of CX at Inizio Evoke, a position they began in January 2024. Prior to this, they served as the Managing Director of CX & Transformation from June 2022 to January 2024. Oliver also held various VP and Director-level roles within the CX and strategy teams at Inizio Evoke, beginning in February 2019. Before joining Inizio Evoke, Oliver worked at MRM//McCann as a Senior Strategist from October 2018 to February 2019, and as a Strategist from October 2016 to October 2018. Oliver also worked at Bounteous as a Strategic Relationship Director from June 2014 to September 2016, and at Brownstein Group as a Business Development Associate from April 2012 to June 2014. Oliver began their career at Brownstein Group as an intern in account management from September 2011 to April 2012.

Oliver Johnston attended Radley College from 2002 to 2007. Oliver later went on to study Classics at the University of Leeds, earning a Bachelor's Degree from 2008 to 2011.
