Ahmed Herzallah has extensive work experience in various roles in the field of IT and database administration.
Ahmed started their career as a Computer and Accounting instructor at Al Khawarizmi International College from 1996 to 2002. During this time, they taught various computer and accounting subjects at a university level.
Ahmed then worked at Bunduq Oil Company as a Developer and instructor from 1998 to 2002. Here, they were responsible for database administration tasks such as creating new databases, backing up and restoring databases, and updating tables and other database objects.
Ahmed then joined ADDC as a System Analyst from 2002 to 2005. In this role, they developed in-house applications using Oracle Forms & Reports, provided technical support for the ADDC Billing System, and offered technical and business support for the Meter Reading System.
From 2005 to 2019, Ahmed worked at Injazat Data Systems. Ahmed served as an Oracle Utilities Database and Application Administrator, overseeing activities such as database sizing and evaluation, Oracle software installation and updates, database design and creation, database backups and safeguarding data, implementing application and database designs, database restoration and recovery, and database monitoring and tuning. Ahmed also held roles as the e-Solutions team lead for TAQA group, responsible for supporting internal portals, websites, and mobile applications for clients, and as a Change Manager, managing and validating changes and releases within the account.

Ahmed Herzallah attended Jami'at Al-Ulum Al-Tatbiqiya from 1991 to 2005. Ahmed obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems (CIS) during their time at the university.
