Lucy Browne MCIPD, ICF Member has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Lucy is currently working as a Senior Human Capital Business Partner at Injazat since February 2023. Previously, they held significant roles at Diageo, including Senior HR Business Partner - Brand Homes & Luxury from April 2022 to January 2023, Global L&D Consultant from May 2020 to April 2022, and HR Business Partner - Supply from September 2019 to April 2020. Prior to Diageo, Lucy worked as an HR Business Partner at Morgan Stanley for a short period from April 2019 to August 2019. Lucy also served as an HR Business Partner at Bacardi, overseeing UK Operations from November 2017 to April 2019. Before that, Lucy worked as a Consultant at NETHO, an Educational and Conservation-Based NGO, from October 2016 to August 2017. Lucy gained extensive experience at BG Group, where they held multiple roles from July 2011 to September 2016, including Global HRSS Service Partner, HR Service Delivery Lead, HR Governance & CI Lead, and HR Business Partner. Prior to that, Lucy worked as an HR Advisor at Wood Group Kenny from January 2009 to August 2011 and as an HR Recruitment Assistant at Talisman Sinopec Energy UK Limited from August 2008 to December 2008.

Lucy Browne MCIPD, ICF Member has a comprehensive educational background. Lucy obtained a BA (Hons) degree in Applied Social Science from Robert Gordon University, where they studied from 2003 to 2007. Following this, they pursued a PG Dip in Human Resource Management at the same university, completing their studies in 2008.

In addition to their academic achievements, Lucy Browne has also obtained various certifications. Lucy received an Associate Coaching Diploma from OPTIMUS COACH ACADEMY in February 2023, as well as the ICF Member Badge from the International Coaching Federation during the same month and year. Lucy also obtained certifications in Talent Management from LinkedIn, UAE Labour & Employment Law (short course) from CIPD, Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging from LinkedIn, and Lean Six Sigma Yellow and Green Belt from The Knowledge Academy, in December 2022, April 2021, and August 2016, respectively. Furthermore, they attained the status of Chartered Member of CIPD in May 2016.
