Karine Amet

Prior to that, Amet spent a considerable amount of time at BT, where they held multiple positions. From 2016 to 2021, they served as the Head Supplier Performance Management - AMEA, responsible for optimizing the performance of telco suppliers across the AMEA region. Karine successfully led a team of 5 and achieved significant milestones, including managing 55 suppliers and handling 26,000 circuits and 50 installations per month for top customers. From 2010 to 2016, Amet was the Head of Supplier (Telco) Performance Operations - EUROPE/MENA, overseeing activities and driving operational reviews. Karine was a semi-finalist in an internal project team competition that aimed to reduce costs. Before that, from 2006 to 2010, they served as a Service Delivery Manager, leading a team and ensuring project deliveries met contractual obligations. Additionally, as an Implementation Manager from 2004 to 2006, they established the first remote operations center for BT Global in Hungary and built strong customer service relationships. Finally, their earliest role at BT was as a Team Leader Emerging Markets from 1998 to 2004.

In 2002, Amet briefly worked as a Purchasing Officer at Axa Group.
