Salvatore D'Alessandra, MBA, PMP®, PRINCE2®, CSM® has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and companies.

Starting from 2021, they have been working at Injazat as the Associate Director – Program Portfolio Services (Transition & Transformation).

Prior to this, from 2018 to 2021, Salvatore worked at GBM as the Manager – Transition & Transformation, Systems and Tools.

Before joining GBM, Salvatore spent a significant amount of time at IBM from 2008 to 2018, holding various positions. Salvatore worked as the Senior Program Manager – Transition & Transformation, Senior Manager of Project Managers, Delivery Transformation Portfolio Manager, Vendor Controller in Italy System Management Operation, and Global Program Manager & Senior Controller – Service Excellence. Salvatore's earlier work experience includes a role at Infosys BPO as the Transition Manager/Team Leader for Southern Europe specializing in insurance. Salvatore was responsible for recruitment, process improvement, team performance, and underwriting support.

Salvatore also worked at Bricofer as the Visual Merchandising Manager and Retail Store Commercial Manager, and at PROGEON (now Infosys BPO) as a CSR.

Salvatore D'Alessandra has a diverse and extensive education history. In 2000, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business and Management from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna. Following that, they pursued further education and completed an MBA in Business & Management with Honors from the University of New York in Prague from 2006 to 2008.

In terms of executive education, Salvatore has engaged in various programs offered by INSEAD. In an unspecified year, they completed the Management Acceleration Programme. Salvatore later attended the Executive Education programs at INSEAD in 2014, focusing on Leading and Managing People, and in 2017, where they studied Strategy in the Age of Digital Disruption.
