Tony Boersma

Tony Boersma has over 20 years of work experience in various roles and industries.

From 1998 to present, Tony has worked as a Co-Reporter, Journalist, Columnist, Interviewer, Host, and Commentator for Sports, Business & Leisure News Services.

From 2010 to 2013, they served as the International Business Development & Talent Acquisition Projects Manager at Atlas Professionals, focusing on the engineering and manpower services for the Maritime, Oil, Gas, and Energy sectors in the Middle East and Northern Africa.

From 2013 to 2014, Tony worked as the Business and Talent Development Manager for Oil & Gas at SThree, a leading multinational recruitment consultancy specializing in Global Energy services.

From 2014 to 2018, they co-founded and owned Brasserie Huisman, a bar and restaurant located in The Hague.

From 2018 to 2019, Tony held the role of Senior Consultant and Talent Acquisition Lead at SBM Offshore, where they specialized in professional recruiting for technical roles within the Oil & Gas, Maritime Engineering, and Shipbuilding industry.

From 2020 to 2021, they worked as the Business Recruitment Lead at MarFlex and as the Senior Consultant Recruitment at Material Handling Systems, both positions being seconded by De Tops Groep.

From 2021 onwards, Tony has served as the Executive Corporate Recruitment Lead at Trivium Packaging, a global leader in metal packaging, as well as the Talent Acquisition Lead, Transformation Driver, and Corporate Executive Search at Injazat, a G42 company.

Tony Boersma attended Tymstra, where they studied VWO. After this, they enrolled at Leiden University to pursue a degree in Law / Political Sciences. Following their time at Leiden, they attended The Hague University of Applied Sciences, also known as De Haagse Hogeschool, to study International Marketing. Tony then went on to study NIMA A&B at SRM. Lastly, they enrolled at HEC Paris, where they focused on Marketing/Marketing Management, General. The specific start and end years for each education program are unknown.
