Veo Baretto

Veo Baretto has extensive work experience in the field of information technology and project management. Veo started their career in 2001 at Softlink Systems, where they worked as an Information Technology Specialist. Veo was responsible for implementing and supporting ERP applications, conducting client demonstrations and training, and analyzing and testing new versions of the ERP application. Veo also handled system study, analysis, design, and documentation tasks, as well as integration with external applications and report development for MIS reporting.

In 2003, Veo joined Triad Software Services as a Senior Information Technology Specialist. Veo worked in this role for a few months before moving on to ENOC in 2004. At ENOC, Veo served as a Senior Information Technology Consultant. Their responsibilities included gathering and summarizing business requirements, preparing design specification documents for projects in various industries, and leading a team in implementing SharePoint farms to promote collaboration across the organization. Veo also reviewed and revised software designs to ensure technical compliance and propose solution improvements.

After working at ENOC for six years, from 2004 to 2010, Veo joined Injazat in 2010. Veo initially worked as an Information Technology Specialist, where they conducted requirement analysis, created functional and technical specifications, and implemented and maintained SharePoint farms and solutions. Veo's role then evolved to Projects Manager/Operations Team Lead in the Customer Support Solutions department. In this position, they provided leadership on solution options, technology strategies, and performance metrics. Veo also collaborated with cross-functional teams to design robust and flexible technical and functional solutions and identify and solve setbacks and bottlenecks in operations.

Currently, Veo holds the role of Senior Projects Manager - Emerging Technologies at Injazat. Veo leads specialized projects in the Utilities, Finance, and Customer Solution domains. Veo is experienced in using Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies to successfully deliver large-scale IT projects. Veo also provides leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the delivery team(s) to ensure the achievement of organizational and project objectives.

Veo Baretto obtained a Diploma (GNIIT) in Software Engineering from the National Institute of Information Technology from 1999 to 2002. Following this, from 2004 to 2006, Veo pursued a Masters of Commerce (M.Com) degree in Costing & Works Accounting from Savitribai Phule Pune University. Veo furthered their education at the University of Southern Queensland from 2005 to 2007, where they completed a Masters Business Administration degree with a specialization in Project Management.
