Sebanti Chadha

Sebanti Chadha has several years of experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Sebanti is currently the Head of Talent Acquisition at Inkhouse, where they have been working since 2020. Prior to this, they held the role of Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant at Inkhouse from 2020 to 2023.

Starting in 2023, Sebanti will be working as a Senior Consultant at Brightmode Talent. Sebanti previously worked as a Senior Recruiter at Harvard Business Publishing from 2019 to 2022 and held the same role at the same company from 2020 to 2020.

Before joining Harvard Business Publishing, Sebanti worked as a Real Estate Salesperson at Keller Williams Realty, Inc. from 2016 to 2018 and as a Talent Acquisition Consultant at Manulife / John Hancock from 2013 to 2015. Sebanti also worked as a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant at their own company from 2008 to 2014.

Sebanti's early career includes roles as a Recruitment Consultant at Novo Nordisk from 2008 to 2013 and as a Sr. Recruitment Consultant at Morneau Shepell from 2011 to 2012.

Sebanti Chadha attended the University of Calcutta and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree. Sebanti also attended Mount Hermon School in Darjeeling. In 2015-2016, they attended OREA Real Estate College and studied Real Estate.
