Dijoy Divakaran

Dijoy Divakaran has a diverse work experience spanning over 18 years. Dijoy is currently the Director of Engineering at inKind since 2023. Prior to that, they worked at OutSystems as a Development Manager and then as a Software Engineering Manager. At Cox Automotive Inc., they held the position of Software Development Manager, while at General Motors, they worked as a Software Engineering Manager (Consultant). Dijoy also has experience at Charles Schwab, where they served as an Application Owner & Senior Staff, Global Software Engineering, and at Paragon Consulting, Inc as a Senior Software Developer and Systems Consultant. Dijoy began their career at Nous Infosystems US Consulting as a Programmer Analyst and later as a Senior Software Engineer.

Dijoy Divakaran completed their Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree in Computer Science from the University of Madras between 1999 and 2002. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree with a focus on Finance & Computer Science between 1996 and 1999. In addition to their formal education, Dijoy has also obtained various certifications, including the Sitecore XP 8 Website Development for .NET Developers Certification in 2016, and numerous certifications from LinkedIn and Microsoft.
