SVP, Customer Success at Inkling

Jim Peterson is the Senior Vice President of Customer Success at Inkling. Prior to their current role, Jim served as the Chief Executive Officer of WithoutWire Inventory Sciences from March 2020 to June 2022. Jim also held the role of SVP, Partnerships at Accruent from September 2016 to March 2020.

At Inkling, Jim is responsible for overseeing customer success and ensuring that clients are satisfied with the company's products and services. Jim works closely with the sales team to identify new opportunities and ensure that existing customers are taken care of.

Before joining Inkling, Jim was with WithoutWire Inventory Sciences where they helped with the company's integration into Accruent. Jim was also successful in establishing an Accruent office in Germany within 15 months after the acquisition. During their time at Accruent, Jim exceeded initial targets by 200% for direct bookings and 120% for partner bookings. Jim also created a partnership program in North America specific to the Verisae product portfolio and executed on the strategy to add channel, ecosystem, and service partners. As a result, they exceeded pipeline generation targets by 140% and SaaS bookings by 120%.

Jim Peterson has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Macalester College.
