Director Of Customer Success at Inkling

Amy Ferguson has over 25 years of work experience, starting in 1994 at MCI Communications as an IVR & Speech Application Developer and later transitioning into a role in Call Center Operations. Amy then joined Edify in 1998 as a Senior Consultant and later became a Senior Project Manager. In 2007, they joined RightNow Technologies as a Principal Client Success Manager, where they stayed until 2014. Amy then worked at Genesys as the Global Director Guru Services, Interaction & Speech Analytics from 2014 to 2015. Currently, Amy is the Director of Customer Success at Inkling, a position they have held since April 2022. Prior to this role, they were a Senior Customer Success Manager at Inkling from 2015 to 2022.

Amy Ferguson has a background in Design & Merchandising from Drexel University. In addition to their degree, they have obtained certifications in "Develop Your Leadership Potential: Stop Doing, Start Leading" from Dale Carnegie Training in 2022, "People Analytics" from LinkedIn in 2021, and "Developing Your Musicianship" from Berklee College of Music through Coursera Verified Certificates in 2014.
