Head of Talent Community and Head of Client Delivery at Inkwell

Cortney Tunis has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Cortney is currently the Head of Talent Community and Head of Client Delivery at Inkwell since May 2022. Prior to that, they worked at CKT LLC as a Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging Consultant starting from April 2021. Before joining CKT LLC, they held the position of Head of Community and DEI Advisor at Workback from December 2021 to May 2022. From December 2018 to December 2020, they served as the Head of Activation at Supermajority, leading the merger of Pantsuit Nation with Supermajority and playing a key role in launching the organization. Cortney also has experience as the Executive Director of Pantsuit Nation from July 2017 to December 2019, where they founded and managed a grassroots non-profit entity. Earlier in their career, they worked as an Executive Search Associate at Isaacson, Miller, coordinating executive search projects and liaising with non-profit executives. Cortney also gained experience in the public sector as a Fellow at the Mayor's Office of New Urban Mechanics in the City of Boston, where they worked on mobile app development and web initiatives. Cortney started their career as an Education Coordinator and Marketing and Public Relations Intern at MASS MoCA and a Museum Education Intern at the Chicago History Museum.

Cortney Tunis completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in English at Williams College from 2000 to 2004. In 2006, they pursued a Master of Arts degree in Humanities at the University of Chicago. From 2013 to 2015, Cortney Tunis attended the Questrom School of Business at Boston University, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Public and Nonprofit MBA. Additionally, in 2002 and 2003, they studied at the Loyola University of Chicago Rome Center, although no degree or field of study information was provided for this period.
