Isaiah Beard

Isaiah Beard is an experienced operations professional currently serving as Operations Manager at Inland: We Power Great Packaging since August 2022. Prior to this role, Isaiah held various positions at The Toro Company, including Tooling Engineer and Production Supervisor from April 2019 to August 2022. Isaiah also worked at Crenlo as both Industrial Engineer and Engineering Project Manager in 2018 and at Northern Engraving as a Process Engineer in 2016-2017. Previous experience includes a Manufacturing (ABS) Engineer role at Acuity Brands from 2015 to 2016. Isaiah holds a degree from Winona State University.
