Chloe Heiligenstein

Chloe Heiligenstein is currently working as a Business Development Manager at InLight Real Estate Partners, where Chloe focuses on developing new relationships within the industrial corporate real estate sector. Prior to this, Chloe gained experience as an Analyst at IREP, where Chloe worked on underwriting investment deals and executing development pursuits. Chloe also worked as a Brokerage Associate at Colliers, providing tenant and landlord representation in the industrial real estate sector. In addition, Chloe has experience in various internships related to marketing, research, and real estate. Chloe holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Commercial Real Estate Finance from the College of Charleston.
