Ashley Kerman has extensive work experience in the field of operations and client services. Ashley started their career at Inmar in 1985 as a Systems Installer and later became an Implementation Coordinator. In 1989, they joined Universal Solutions Inc., where they held various roles, including Customer Services Manager, Operations Manager, Vice President of Operations, and Vice President of Operations and Client Services. In 2005, they returned to Inmar as the Director of Operations and Client Services, responsible for overseeing the execution of recall events for major manufacturers. Ashley then transitioned to the role of Director of Recall Execution, leading a team of Recall Event Managers and Coordinators. Finally, in 2015, Ashley became the Senior Client Development Manager and Digital Lead Analyst at Inmar Intelligence.

Ashley Kerman earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics/Information Systems from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte from 1980 to 1985.
