David Dalton

David Dalton has over 30 years of work experience in various roles. David started their career as a Systems Architect at Alliance One International in 1989 and worked there until 2006. In 2007, they joined Acumen Physician Solutions as a Project Manager and stayed with the company until 2015. From 2015 to 2017, Dalton worked at Noblis as a Product Manager. Since 2017, they have been employed at Inmar Intelligence as a Product Manager and Agile Product Owner. In this role, they are responsible for prioritizing product and customer requirements and collaborating closely with engineering teams to deliver successful products.

David Dalton began their education journey in 1988 at Danville Community College, where they pursued an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree in Computer Information Systems with a focus on Computer Programming. David attended the college until 1989 before transferring to Averett University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Business. David completed their studies at Averett University in 1992.

In addition to their formal education, David Dalton has also obtained several certifications related to Scrum and product ownership. In September 2014, they became a Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM) through the Scrum Alliance. David further enhanced their expertise in product ownership by achieving the Certified Scrum Product Owner credential from the Scrum Alliance in October 2016. Most recently, in November 2021, David obtained the Professional Scrum Product Owner certification through Scrum.org.
