Gretchen Bradley has a diverse work experience history. Gretchen began their career at NSTAR, a Northeast Utilities Company, in 2010 as a Staffing Consultant. During their time there, they worked as a recruiter and program manager for NSTAR's job training program and was involved in leadership development training, recruiting, and organizational restructuring. In 2012, they joined Constant Contact as an HR Operations Analyst, responsible for conducting competitive market analysis and managing various financial benefits. Gretchen then moved to the role of Compensation, Benefits & HRIS Analyst, where they administered the quarterly bonus program and maintained the online system. In 2016, Gretchen joined Eversource Energy as a Staffing Consultant on contract. Later that year, they transitioned to ownerIQ, where they worked as an HR Generalist until 2019 when the company was acquired by Inmar. At Inmar Intelligence, Gretchen held multiple roles, including Senior Human Resources Business Partner, HRIS Special Projects & Test Manager, and Manager of HR Project Management.
