Kathryn Bays

Kathryn Bays has extensive work experience in product development and analysis. Kathryn served as a Product Development Manager at Inmar Intelligence, where they partnered with business operations and IT resources to implement new technologies and was responsible for documenting requirements, developing prototypes, and managing product development. Prior to this role, they held positions as a Sr. Product Analyst and Product Analyst at the same company, where they performed similar duties in contract management and audit services. Kathryn also worked as a Contract Management Analyst at Inmar, conducting reimbursement data analysis and providing training and presentations.

Before joining Inmar, Kathryn worked as an Account Analyst at an undisclosed company, where they handled client implementation, financial reporting, and analysis of operational trends. Additionally, Kathryn gained experience in the entertainment industry as a Director, Writer & Voiceover Artist at Pendant Production, where they created and directed a radio drama series and provided voiceover talent for various productions. Kathryn also worked as a Capture Services Specialist at Fidelity Investments, where they processed mail, managed employees, and instructed on new processes.

Kathryn Bays completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Theatre at Longwood University from 2004 to 2008. Kathryn also obtained a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification from Inmar in September 2013.
