Paul Schaefer

Paul Schaefer has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Paul began their career in 2003 at Tulsa Spine & Specialty Hospital, where they worked as a Surgical Tech/Implant Tech. In this role, they collaborated with spinal implant companies, managed implant purchases, and implemented cost-saving measures.

Later, in 2011, Paul worked at Synergistic Implant Providers LLC as a Spine Implant Distributor. Paul was responsible for order placement, coordinating surgery schedules, and collaborating with the office manager.

From 2011 to 2014, they worked at ChoiceSpine, LP as a Clinical Specialist. Paul'smain responsibilities included training new distributors, providing surgical support, and educating on spine anatomy.

Paul ventured into surgical technician roles in 2015. Firstly, at CORE- Center for Orthopaedic Reconstruction & Excellence, where they demonstrated knowledge of instruments used in Neuro and Ortho surgeries, maintained a sterile environment, and assisted the surgeons during procedures.

Paul then moved to Cancer Treatment Centers of America in 2017 and continued working as a Surgical Technician until October of the same year.

Finally, in 2017, they joined Inmar as a Sr. Field Sales Account Manager. Paul'sresponsibilities included scheduling sales appointments, delivering presentations, addressing customer concerns, and handling pharmaceutical returns.

Paul Schaefer's education history includes obtaining a Certificate in Emergency Medical Technician from Tulsa Technology Center-Peoria Campus in 2014. Prior to that, they earned an Associate of Science degree in Surgical Technology/Technologist from Tulsa Community College from 2004 to 2008. Paul also received a Certificate in Surgical Technology/Technologist from Tulsa Technology Center-Lemley Campus in 2004.
