Penelope Chouinard has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning various industries. Penelope is currently serving as the Head of Onsite and Offsite Retail Media at Inmar Intelligence since 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Quotient Technology Inc. as the Head of Practice, eCommerce from 2019 to 2023, where they led the Ecommerce roadmap and commercial product for Retailer.com, as well as digital remarketing.

Before their time at IRI, Penelope was a Partner at PMG, LLC from 2002 to 2005. In this role, they created strategic marketing and business plans for major clients and worked with leading national retailers to drive total store traffic and revenue. Penelope also coached and trained client sales teams on shopper insights and category management.
Earlier in their career, Penelope worked as the Director of Customer Development at Foster Farms from 2000 to 2002.
