Mark Zirbser has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Starting in 2003, they worked as a Consulting Manager and Strategy Practice Leader at Blackstone Partners. From 2006 to 2008, they served as a Six Sigma Black Belt at Maple Leaf Foods. Mark then joined Cable & Wireless Worldwide as the Head of Process Excellence from 2008 to 2012. Following that, they worked as the Director of Business Improvement EMA at Johnson & Johnson Vision Care from 2012 to 2013. From 2013 to 2018, they held the position of Change & Improvement Lead at John Lewis Partnership. Mark Zirbser also gained experience at Inmarsat, where they served as Director of Operational Excellence, Director of Strategic and Globally Managed Accounts, and Process Excellence & Change Director from 2018 until the present. Mark is currently involved in coaching as an Executive Coach at Mark Zirbser Coaching and also serves as the Head Coach at Farnham Triathlon Club.
