Michelle Comerton

Michelle Comerton has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Michelle started their career as a Compensation & Benefits Analyst at Bank of America in 2005. Michelle then worked as a Human Resources Assistant at Promina in 2007 and Service Stream Solutions Pty Ltd in 2009. From 2010 to 2014, they held various HR roles at Colt Technology Services, starting as a UK HR Advisor and later transitioning to HR Advisor - Sales & Commercial (Europe), and finally becoming an HR Business Partner for Sales & Commercial (Europe). In 2015, they worked as an HR Business Partner - Technology at Betfair and as a People & Talent Manager at Chime Sports Marketing. From 2017 to 2018, they were a People Business Partner at TalkTalk, focusing on the Consumer & B2B Commercial division. Michelle then took on an interim role as a People Transformation Projects professional at TalkTalk from 2018 to 2019. Currently, they hold the position of HR Director, Aviation & Enterprise at Inmarsat since September 2021, and previously served as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner for the COO department from 2019 to 2021. In addition, in 2017, they took a break from their career to travel in South America.

Michelle Comerton completed a Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS) in Human Resources Management and Services from Galway-Mayo Institute of Technology from 2000 to 2004. Michelle then pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Personnel Management/Human Resources from the same institution from 2004 to 2006. Michelle also holds a certification in CIPD, although the details regarding the institution, month of obtaining, and year of obtaining are unknown.
