Ralph Yates

Ralph Yates has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. From 2022 onwards, they have been working at Inmarsat, where they hold the position of Vice President of Customer and Commercial Experience. In this role, Ralph is responsible for delivering a market-leading customer experience and driving customer-centricity across the organization. Ralph also leads sales operations and support to achieve sales excellence.

Prior to their current position, Ralph worked at Collinson Grant from 2017 to 2021 as a Senior Consultant. During this time, they served as an interim senior manager and management consultant, helping clients develop and execute business strategies and capitalize on digital technologies.

Before their time at Collinson Grant, Ralph spent a significant portion of their career at Shell, starting in 1997. Their roles at Shell included Business Transformation Manager, Operational Excellence Manager, SAP Sales Distribution Consultant, Product Portfolio Manager, and Sales Support Manager. In these positions, they were responsible for executing business strategies, optimizing processes and technology, implementing SAP Sales and Distribution systems, and managing product portfolios. Ralph also worked with third-party vendors to deliver price optimization software for the Fuels and Lubricants businesses.

Throughout their career, Ralph has consistently demonstrated their ability to drive change, deliver results, and optimize performance across various business functions.

Ralph Yates attended The University of Manchester from 1992 to 1995, where they obtained a degree in Management Sciences UMIST, specializing in Management Science.
