Vincent Lao

Vincent Lao is a Senior Data Engineer at Inmarsat, a position held since August 2019 following an internal promotion from Data Engineer. In this role, Vincent manages the development and migration of ELT pipelines using dbt, oversees data extraction with Fivetran, and coordinates workload releases within PREPROD and PROD environments. Previous experience includes a Data Analyst role at Doorda, where Vincent designed and implemented a spend data product, and an internship at Livework studio, providing analytical support for external consulting projects. Vincent also contributed as an Author for The Market Mogul and gained early industry exposure through internships at HSBC and WOW App Inc. Vincent holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Science from UCL.
