Bartosz Wasilewski, DI, MPW has over 10 years of work experience in a variety of roles. Bartosz began their career in 2011 as a Capital Market Specialist at CP Group Poland, where they were responsible for corporate debt issuances analysis, creditworthiness modelling, collateral analysis, and investment risk modelling. In 2013, they moved to Money Makers S.A. as an Internal Supervisory and Control Specialist. Bartosz then joined Rubicon Partners Corporate Finance in 2014 as an Associate, where they provided M&A advisory, arranged debt/equity/mezzanine financing, and prepared business valuations and investment teasers. In 2018, they moved to Bank Pekao as a Transaction Manager, where they executed structure finance transactions, prepared financing structures, and interacted with consortium banks. In 2019, they joined podioom as Interim CFO and newonce.media as Chief Legal Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and Member of the Supervisory Board. In 2020, they joined Virbe - Virtual Beings for Metaverse & Autonomous Shopping as Member of the Supervisory Board and Interim CFO & Board Advisor. In 2021, they became Interim CFO at InMotion Labs. Finally, they are currently Founder & CEO at Torero Solutions and CFO at Epinote | Data Annotation & Collection.

Bartosz Wasilewski, DI, MPW studied Economics at III LO Gdynia from 2005-2008. Bartosz then attended the University of Warsaw from 2008-2013, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Finance and a Master-level program in Law. Bartosz also attended the SGH Warsaw School of Economics from 2011-2013, where they obtained a Master-level program in Finance. In 2014, they obtained a Certified Adviser on NewConnect & Catalyst markets from the Warsaw Stock Exchange, an Investments Adviser from the Polish Financial Supervision Authority, and a Securities brokerage licence from the Polish Financial Supervision Authority in 2011.
