Perin Marcus, PHR

Perin Marcus, PHR, has worked in Human Resources since 2006. In 2009, they began working as a Recruiter at The Essex Companies. In 2006, they worked as an HR Coordinator at Conde Group, Inc. where they coordinated HR activities for employees and independent contractors. In 2014, they were hired as Human Resources Manager at Evalueserve, where they launched the HR operations of a global research and analytics firm's first U.S. based operations center. In 2016, they began working as a Sr. Human Resources Director at Spectraforce Technologies, where they designed and implemented compliance, HR operations and employee relations solutions aligned with the company’s overall objectives. Most recently, in 2021, they were hired as a Sr. Human Resources Director at Lytho, formerly inMotionNow, where they created a value-driven, engaging, and transparent global employee culture for the recently merged and re-branded SaaS organization.

Perin Marcus, PHR, obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Labor Economics and Industrial Relations from the University of Marmara in 2004. In 2012, they obtained their Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI. In 2015, they obtained their HR Business Partner certification from CAI- Capital Associated Industries. In 2019, they obtained their Achievers- Become a Great Leader- Build Yourself First certification from the Bell Leadership Institute. They are currently enrolled in HR Management at Duke University.
