Kelly Brenning has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2009 as an Inside Partner Support Manager for Panasonic Solutions Company at TOP GUN SALES PERFORMANCE. In 2014, they moved to Access MD Urgent Care as a Patient Care Coordinator, where they created and updated electronic patient charts, ran insurance verifications, collected co-pays and monthly statement payments, and collected and prepared lab testing specimens. In 2015, Kelly joined Omnicare, a CVS Health company, as an Account Manager and Resident Care Specialist. In this role, they facilitated the Medicare Part D open enrollment training for both internal and external teams within the company for the last 3 AEP campaigns, expanded their knowledge of pharmacy billing practices, and collaborated with both internal and external business partners to make continuous improvements to the plan finder tool year over year. In 2020, they moved to National Property Inspections, Inc. as an Operations Coordinator. Most recently, in 2021, Kelly joined SOLUTIONS Community Counseling and Recovery Services as Support Staff, and in 2022 they are set to join Innago as a Customer Success Lead.
