Sybold Hijlkema

Sybold Hijlkema has extensive work experience in the field of embedded systems engineering. Sybold is currently employed at Innatera Nanosystems as an Embedded System Engineer, starting in October 2021. Prior to this, they worked at the same company as an MSc Thesis Intern from November 2020 to August 2021.

Sybold also has experience in the academic field, having worked as a Lead Student Assistant at Technische Universiteit Delft. In this role, they were responsible for assisting students during labs, managing the Graduate C++ OOP course, and developing and maintaining a C++ code checking framework. Sybold held this position from August 2017 to August 2021.

Sybold Hijlkema pursued their education at Delft University of Technology, where they completed a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from 2015 to 2018. Sybold furthered their education at the same university, earning a Master of Science degree in Embedded Systems from 2018 to 2021. Additionally, they concurrently pursued a Master of Science degree in Computer Engineering from 2018 to 2021 at Delft University of Technology.
