Renu Chokshi

Renu Chokshi is an experienced professional dedicated to empowering underserved communities through education and mentorship. Currently volunteering for the Matchlighters Scholars Program at College Essay Guy, Renu provides essential guidance in college admissions, including college list building and essay coaching. Additionally, Renu supports Inner-City Arts interns with college application processes. Previous roles include membership at the Virtual Essay Review Team at College Essay Guy, managing a cultural center at EktAA Center which facilitated diverse after-school programs for over 600 children, and serving as a data analyst at the Institute for Healthcare Advancement, where data analysis and grant reporting were key responsibilities. Renu holds multiple certificates and degrees, including a Certificate in College Counseling from UCLA Extension and an MBA in Organizational Behavior Studies and HR from the University of Hartford.
