Pooja Khanna Jain

Pooja Khanna Jain has a diverse work experience spanning over 13 years. Pooja currently holds the position of Head of Coaching at Inner Fit, where they are responsible for overseeing coaching activities. Prior to this, Pooja worked as the Director at The Window Project, contributing to its overall success. Pooja also served as an Associate Regional Director at the Center for Creative Leadership, where they played a key role in sales and managing client projects. Pooja's experience in people management solutions and customer satisfaction can be attributed to their time as Director at Human Dynamic. Pooja also held various roles within the company, including Regional Manager and Consultant, where they provided counseling, coaching, and facilitated workshops for corporate clients. Pooja's early work experience includes a role in Learning and Development at XSEED Education. Pooja Khanna Jain began their education in 2004 at Lady Sriram College, Delhi University, where they obtained a B.A. Hons degree in Psychology in 2007. Pooja then continued their studies at Delhi University, earning a M.A. Applied Psychology degree in Social Psychology and Counseling in 2009. Pooja further expanded their education by completing an internship in Process Work - Module 3 at Sumedhas- the Academy for Human Context from 2008 to 2018.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Pooja has obtained several certifications to enhance their professional development. Pooja became a Master Coach and Psychodrama Director CP through Vedadrama India and PIB, Germany in June 2021. In 2017, they received a certification in Brain Based Coaching (ICF ACC Portfolio Pathway) from the NeuroLeadership Institute. Pooja is also a Certified Influence Style Assessor, having completed training at Discovery Learning International in 2015. Pooja holds a certification as a Certified Solution-Focused Brief Therapist from the International Alliance of Solution Focused Training Institutes (IASTI), obtained in 2014. Additionally, Pooja has completed training in Business Leadership Coaching from Cevey Systems, Germany in 2013 and is an Accredited Entrepreneurial Motivation Trainer [EMT] through the National Institute for Entrepreneurship and Small Business Development (NIESBUD) in 2010.
