Catherine G Lucas

Catherine G Lucas is an accomplished author and speaker with extensive experience in the fields of mindfulness, spirituality, and education. Currently an author at Hodder & Stoughton, Catherine has been commissioned to write three books for Sheldon Press, while also authoring "In Case of Spiritual Emergency" for Inner Traditions International. As a powerful public speaker, Catherine engages audiences through emotive narratives across various platforms, including Eurotas and the International Theosophical Centre. Previous roles include Mindfulness and Meditation Trainer with Breathworks, where Catherine facilitated sessions for organizations such as the Ministry of Defence and NHS. Catherine is the founder of the Spiritual Crisis Network, a recognized charity aimed at supporting individuals in crisis. Additionally, Catherine served as a lecturer at Edge Hill University, developing courses in European Studies. Catherine holds an MA in European Studies from the University of Reading.
