Ellie Cooper

Ellie Cooper has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 2011 with a work experience placement in the marketing department of Healthspan. During this placement, they were involved with administration, layout and design, creative design briefings, and warehouse packaging. In 2013, they began working as a Senior Instructor at Guernsey Surf School, where they managed staff, taught surf lessons, and dealt with customer complaints. In 2014, they completed a week's worth of work experience at KPMG, during which they were tasked to proof read legal documents. From 2016 to 2020, they held the role of Senior Online Content Executive and Online Content Executive at Healthspan, where they managed video content, wrote lifestyle articles, briefed journalists, and managed content for specific campaigns. In 2021, they began working at Innersense Organic Beauty, first as an Associate Marketing Manager and then as an Operations Associate.

Ellie Cooper's education history includes a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in English Language and Literature, General from Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd between 2013 and 2015. Prior to this, they attended Guernsey Grammar School and Sixth Form Centre between 2011 and 2013, and Les Beaucamps High School between 2007 and 2011. Cooper has also obtained several certifications, including Sub-editing: introduction from Media Training Ltd in August 2018, Writing for the Web: introduction from Media Training Ltd in May 2017, RLSS Beach Lifeguard from Royal Life Saving Society UK - RLSS UK in May 2015, and ISA Level One Surf Instructor from ISA in June 2012.
