Martins Zelcs

Martins Zelcs has extensive work experience in the creative industry. Martins is currently the Group Creative Director at INNOCEAN USA since 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Executive Creative Director at Mustache from 2022 to 2023. Before that, they held the position of Creative Director at Droga5 from 2021 to 2022, and also worked as a Freelance Creative Director at Droga5 from 2021 to 2021. Martins also worked at BBDO New York as a Creative Director from 2019 to 2021, an Associate Creative Director from 2018 to 2019, a Senior Art Director from 2017 to 2018, and an Art Director from 2015 to 2017. Martins began their career as a Junior Art Director at Droga5 from 2014 to 2015. Martins also worked as an Art Director at MaimiAdSchool from 2012 to 2014. Martins gained experience as a Creative Intern at Cutwater in 2013. Martins started their professional career as an Art Director/Graphic Designer at Stendera Ziepju Fabrika where they managed various design projects from 2010 to 2011. Martins Zelcs began their career as a Graphic Designer/Art Director at IZZI from 2005 to 2009.

Martins Zelcs attended Alberta College from 2002 to 2005, where they obtained a college degree in Media economics and organization. Martins then attended the International School of Psychology from 2005 to 2008, studying Graphic Design. Finally, from 2012 to 2014, they attended MiamiAdSchool, where they earned a degree in Art Director specializing in Advertising.
