Antoinette Hoes has a diverse work experience in the advertising and strategy field. Antoinette is currently employed as the Head of Global Strategy Group at INNOCEAN, where they provide global strategy support for automotive clients and leads a team of local planners. In 1999, they attended Utrecht University for a short course on the Harvard Method of Negotiating. In 1997-1998, they received a Certificate in New Dutch Labour Law from the Eggens Post Doctorate Institute.
