Javier Martín de Agar Tirado is an experienced professional currently serving as the Head of Delivery Competence Center at INNOCV Solutions since February 2024. With an extensive background in Agile methodologies, Javier has held multiple roles at NeuronForest since January 2019, including Agile Product Manager, Agile Consultant, and Agile Coach, focusing on product management strategies and cultural transformation. Additionally, Javier is the Director of the Postgraduate Program in Digital Product Management at IEBS Business School since July 2022 and has contributed as an Agile Trainer for the Asociación Iberoamericana de Scrum AIBES. Javier's expertise includes roles at Logicalis Spain, Bookboon, and various consulting firms, with a commitment to promoting Agile practices and effective product management. Javier holds a Master's in Project Management and Agile from LaSalle Madrid and a degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Seville.
