Charlie Tañala has extensive experience in program management and communications across various sectors. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Learning and Organizational Development at Innodata Inc., Charlie leads a high-performing team to enhance learning outcomes and drive a culture of professional growth and collaboration. Previous roles include managing L&D and DEI initiatives and overseeing communication analytics at Agility PR Solutions and Pacific Environment Weekly. With a background in technical communication and quality assurance at Google and S&P Global Market Intelligence, along with earlier experience in training and development at the Department of Education in the Philippines, Charlie holds dual degrees in Agricultural and Biosystems Engineering from the University of the Philippines Los Baños and Communication from Lyceum of the Philippines University.
