Stephen Young

Stephen Young is an experienced communication professional currently serving as a Team/Delivery Lead and Generative AI Associate at Innodata Inc. since October 2023, where responsibilities include providing RLHF/late-stage training sources for proprietary Big Tech LLMs and analyzing generations for grammar and bias. Previously, at Cornell University, Stephen held multiple roles, including Vice President and Director of Communications for Non-Traditional Students, focusing on support initiatives and creating safe spaces. Additional experience encompasses mentoring first-generation and marginalized students, serving as a Teaching Assistant, and engaging in public relations as Chief Public Relations Officer for the Student Government at City Colleges of Chicago. Prior to these roles, Stephen had a decade-long career as a songwriter, collaborating with film composers and managing performance events. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Communication from Cornell University and an Associate of Arts from City Colleges of Chicago-Harold Washington College.
