Mike Thomas Ruigrok

Mike Thomas Ruigrok is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as HR Director at EIT InnoEnergy since December 2021. Previously, Mike held various roles at Vanderlande from 2006 to November 2021, including Senior Human Resources Business Partner, where responsibilities included developing and implementing the People Plan for Global Services and advising management teams. Prior to Vanderlande, Mike worked as a Senior Account Manager at Randstad Inhouse and has held positions in food and beverage management at Novotel Amsterdam City and Aramark Refreshment Services. Mike holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management and has completed additional training in personnel management and organizational change.
