Promita Mondal

Promita Mondal has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Promita is currently working as an HR Manager at Innofied since February 2022. Prior to this, they worked as an Associate Recruiter at Techaxis, Inc from August 2021 to February 2022. During their time at Techaxis, they were responsible for assisting with talent search and recruitment for tech companies. Promita also gained experience as a Human Resources Intern at JUVAS from May 2020 to July 2020, where they assisted with various HR tasks.

Promita Mondal began their education at Bishop Morrow School in 1999, where they pursued a Science curriculum until 2014. Following their completion of the ISC program, they enrolled at Calcutta University in Kolkata in 2014. At Calcutta University, Promita earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with a focus on English Language and Literature, General, which they completed in 2017. Subsequently, they joined St. Xavier's University, Kolkata in 2017 and pursued a Master's degree in English. Promita successfully completed their Masters in English in 2019. After that, in 2019, Promita joined the Indian Institute of Social Welfare and Business Management, where they pursued an MBA with a specialization in Human Resource Management. Promita'sMBA program concluded in 2021.
