Frederik Landtved has been working in the professional world since 2014. Frederik began their career at REKOM Group A/S as an Assistant Venue Manager and later became the Venue Manager and Work Environment Representative. In this role, they were responsible for operational optimization, development, and implementation, HR, and processes. Frederik was also responsible for shift planning, MUS interviews, employer branding, recruitment of new employees, and their presence on social media. In 2020, Frederik moved to Kosmos Recruitment Agency where they worked as a Recruitment Consultant. Their primary tasks included searching for the candidate market, recruitment processes from A to Z, coordinating and supporting tasks, as well as analysis preparation in connection with market assessments. Most recently, Frederik began working at Innoflow as a Customer Success Manager. In this role, they are responsible for increasing lifetime value for both their customers and Innoflow, increasing renewal rates and reducing churn, and driving optimal engagement and ensuring best customer experience through the client life cycle.
Frederik Landtved has an extensive education history. Frederik graduated with an MSc Economics and Business Administration from Roskilde University in 2019. Prior to this, they obtained an HA Almen Erhvervsøkonomi (Samfundsvidenskabelig) from Roskilde University in 2016, an AP Degree in Marketing/Marketing Management, General from Copenhagen Business Academy in 2015, and a Højere Handelseksamen in Innovation, Economy, and Marketing from Zealand Business School in 2013. Additionally, they have obtained a Certified TT38 Talent Test Consultant from Talents Unlimited in 2022 and an Occupational Health and Safety Representative from Arbejdstilsynet in 2018.
