Thomas Cheah is an experienced Lean Startup Coach for South East Asia at Innoleaps, committed to guiding teams through Lean Startup and Design Thinking methodologies since November 2019. As Principal CTO-for-hire at Procto, Thomas focuses on digital transformation for SMEs and startups, reinventing business models to create customer value. Concurrently, Thomas serves as an Adjunct Senior Lecturer at Monash University Malaysia, specializing in digital transformation and entrepreneurship. Previously, as Managing Director for South East Asia at Yushan Ventures, Thomas directed investment efforts in mobile startups, while past roles include Community Engagement Manager for SWELL Innovation Inc. and Chief Technology Officer at Objective World Sdn Bhd. With a solid educational foundation in Information Technology from Multimedia University and experience collaborating on advanced research projects, Thomas Cheah combines technical expertise with innovative business strategies.
