Vicky Jones

Vicky Jones has a diverse range of work experience in the field of operations and client services. Vicky began their career as an Operations Manager at International Healthcare Solutions from 2003 to 2006. Vicky then moved to Indegene Aptilon, where they held positions such as Senior Program Manager, Director of Operations, and Vice President of Operations and Client Services from 2006 to 2013. Following this, they joined Indegene as the Vice President of MCM Global Operations from 2014 to 2017 and later became the Vice President of Business Excellence from 2017 to 2019.

In 2019, Vicky joined Innomar Strategies as a Program Director for Specialty Services. Vicky subsequently served as the Director of Program Operations before assuming their current role as the Senior Director of Customer Experience. In this position, they provide strategic direction and recommendations for Specialty Services and oversees multiple program portfolios. Vicky is also responsible for establishing and implementing governance models, developing relationships with clients, and managing a large operational budget. Their expertise lies in program optimization, standardization, and quality control.
