Rodrigo Maia Prinzo

Rodrigo Maia Prinzo serves as the Head of People at InnoTech.pt, a rapidly growing consulting company recognized as a Top Startup and Best Workplace since its founding in 2020. With a background in talent acquisition, Rodrigo previously held roles as Talent Scout Team Leader and Talent Acquisition Manager at Red IT, a technology consulting firm, and as a Human Resources Consultant at Randstad Portugal, the leader in the global HR sector. Rodrigo began the professional journey as a Human Resources Technician at SALESLAND. Currently enrolled in a Postgraduate Degree program in Organisational Development and Empowerment of Teams and People at Universidade Católica Portuguesa, Rodrigo also holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from ISCTE Business School.
