Elena Porechnova currently serves as the Head of the Recruitment Department at Innotech, a position held since February 2021. Prior to this role, Elena was the Head of the Recruitment Team at Veeam Software from February 2015 to February 2021. Elena's earlier experience includes working as a Recruitment Consultant at Favourite Partners in 2014-2015, as well as at Adecco Group from December 2013 to October 2014. Additionally, Elena began the career as an HR Specialist (IT) at Proservice between July 2012 and October 2013.
