Alex Le Goater

Alex Le Goater is a Project Developer at Innova since November 2022, overseeing projects from feasibility through to construction handover for Solar and Energy Storage Systems, while addressing grid, legal, and planning aspects. Previous experience includes roles as a Consultant and Senior Associate Consultant at The Green Recruitment Company and an Assistant Manager at Taco Mazama, where responsibilities encompassed staff leadership and operational management. Alex also served as a Hotelier at Chateau de Bardouly, managing a workforce and supplier relations, and volunteered with Homeboy Industries, facilitating rehabilitation programs for ex-convicts. Alex holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from The University of Edinburgh, completed in 2021, and attended Winchester College from 2011 to 2016.
