Grant Hutchens

Grant Hutchens has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Grant started their career in 2001 as a Branch Manager at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, where they focused on new business development and account maintenance. In 2004, they joined Power IT as a Solutions Manager and Senior Technical Recruiter, responsible for providing IT staffing and solutions. Grant managed the full recruiting cycle and maintained excellent relationships with clients and consultants. In 2011, Grant joined Analysts International (ACS Group | Innova Solutions) as a Technical Recruiting Manager, where they played a crucial role in sourcing and conducting technical interviews, salary negotiations, and maintaining client relationships. Grant then transitioned to Innova Solutions in 2022 and took on the role of Associate Recruiting Director, utilizing their experience and skills in recruiting and talent management. Throughout their career, Grant has demonstrated a strong focus on client satisfaction, business growth, and professional ethics.

Grant Hutchens attended Emporia State University from 1996 to 1997, where they pursued a degree in Managerial Information Systems. Following that, they enrolled at Missouri State University from 1997 to 2001 and obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Information Systems.
