Jabeen Arshad

Jabeen Arshad has a strong background in sales operations and Salesforce administration. Jabeen has worked as the Head of Sales Operations at Innova Solutions since 2023. Prior to that, they held various roles at Virtusa, starting as a Senior Platform Manager for Salesforce in 2011 and later becoming a Senior Consultant for Global Sales Operations. Their responsibilities included generating sales performance reports, providing metrics and analytics to the leadership team, managing commissions and incentive programs, and maintaining clean and accurate data in Salesforce. Jabeen also has experience in database management, lead generation, and eMarketing from their previous roles at CollabNet, Inc. and Frost & Sullivan.
